Any Lake Charles/ Prien Lake reports?
 

I've been seeing a ton of trucks/trailers at Prien Lake Park boat launch in the afternoons this week. Was wondering if anyone would 'fess up a report or two.

Alot of anglers out. Counted 22 boats between kings point and old river this morning.

Plenty good specs across from 210 launch headed toward Axial

I've also been accidentally catching a lot of flounder lately...maybe I should change my gameplan!?

whats the lure of choiceif anyone would share

I'd be heading South for a while if I were you. I'm sure there are fish to be caught, but I haven't had enough days on the water lately to find them in this fresh water.

As far as lures go, any soft plastic you're confident throwing on the lightest jig head you can get away with is a good start. A spinnerbait along the shoreline is always good for a red or two.
