Lemon ice
I put 2 containers of lemon ice in the freezer to set over night they are now like a soft italian ice and I will let them sit till this afternoon then I will add condensed milk to one of them for sherbert. You can buy fancy machines to do the same thing but I do it in an empty ice cream bucket in the freezer. Till I get it out here is a post on how I make it complete with an instructional video. Ill add a pic of the finished process once its done.
