I cook mine in a pot but I do not use near the tomato sauce in the video.

That's a good idea, we have a few extra large heads from NOLA St.Patricks parade. I told my kids we could cook some Leprechaun food.

Yeah that's the way my mom and my wife make it. They almost turn it into a cabbage roll soup! haha, but it tastes really good so I'm not complaining!

@lil bubba - That looks really good, how long you bake them for? 350 degrees I'm guessing?

About an hour or so till my sausage gets to 175-180...After I get the biggest leaves off I core it and take out some of the inner leaves making an empty ball to stuff....

I use much thicker and lots less sauce kinda like tee buba ad bake mine too Peg puts parm cheese on top but I prefer em with out it. My meat is a mix of beef and pork and well seasoned

Y'all reminded me how long it's been since I've eaten cabbage rolls. Had to scratch the itch last night. I was happy with the outcome for my first time ever making them by myself.
