2004 Evinrude 250hp. computer needs to be rebuilt. this costs about $1500. engine has 368 hours. has new lower unit, starter,, starter relay, starter solenoid, plugs, hydraulic steering. Asking $5000 but very open to any offers from serious buyers. has all controls and oil tank. must go ASAP. need to sell yesterday!!!
