Thats Not too much... whatever you want to eat. It wont soak up as much seasoning as you think it will

Does anyone have a crawfish source around lake charles for good friday? My supplier just backed out

I usually put 5 or six links and they eat it all.

just like with the corn and potatoes, I try to have at least one for everyone I expect to be there. with sausages I cut them 2-3" long, if its a big crowd 1 1/2"-2" is going to be the size I use.

some eat a few, some don't eat it at all, but the rations above makes sure everyone who wants one has the opportunity to get at least one.

Last summer I started using a package of the lil smokies. One package per sack seems to work pretty good.

I agree with all the advice above. My two cents is...if you are trying to stretch the Crawfish to feed more people, add more sides (sausage) ;) The general rule I use, as stated above, make sure there is a piece for everyone (piece size depends on number of attendees).
