What are the qualifications to be a tattoo artist? Thinking about opening a parlor in New Iberia. Only a couple of parlors on town but everyone has a neck or leg tattoo.

I guess you have to be good at tattooing, have some tattoos, and like to work late nights.

Not a bad idea. Add a chair doing New Iberia haircuts and you could retire a rich man........ Just make sure you put burglar bars on the windows.

Equal to or less the number of brain cells as your clientele, and complete disregard as to what that shat's gonna look like when they're in the Nursing Home.
