Hackberry Rod & Gub

What a great week of catching this past week here in southwest Louisiana. Solid limits of speckled trout have been coming from under big sets of working gulls early in the morning using Berkley gulp and Hackberry Hustlers. Three or four days last week the gulf was flat and inviting for anglers looking for action. Trips outside the jetties paid off with some fishermen catching speckled trout and a few brought back some good size tripletail for the cleaning table. Most all of the Redfish were caught in west cove and the south end of the lake. The best bait was live shrimp that have been plentiful at the bait house. Between now and mid-July our fishing reaches its peak so call us toll free at 888.762.3391 and get a boat booked. Here are just a few pictures for you to see from the week but you really need to click here at see them all. http://www.hackberryrodandgun.com/st...hp/new_gallery
