you can say that again! although I've had fairly good luck buying used stuff.

I did buy a little merc 25 that eventually locked up on me in the big burns, didn't even think she was hot, only quit pissing for a split second in some hydrilla. I took the plugs out and tilted the engine up, soaked the cylinders in WD-40. Fired her right back up :p

I remember one time I went duck hunting with my buddy, they had a ton of $$$$$. His nissan 25 wouldn't start after about 500 pulls, he unscrewed it and threw it into the canal at the back of the boat shed. I laughed so hard, I guess you just had to be there for that one.
