Trout weight
I forgot to weigh this fish, which was my personal best and caught the first time I targeted bigger trout, so I was curious - I've never really thrown anything other than a jighead with plastic and trying to get numbers, but this day we were chasing blow ups on top water. Ended up catching for 3 afternoons straight in 3' of water with 90 degree water temps... Doesn't that go against the rules? All fish were over 18".
How much might it weigh? It was 24" http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...fc6b2097cf.jpg

In spring, the expected weight of a 24" long speck is just under 5 lbs.
They lose a bit of weight in the heat of summer, but a fish as light as 4 pounds would be rare and look a lot thinner than that.
If the fish was really 24" long 4.5-5 lbs is a good bet.

Depends on how much time she spent @ the weirs swimming against the current.
Average 24" fish would prob be 5lbs, deduct .5lbs if caught by weirs; add .5lbs if caught wade fishing.

It really really depends on if weirs are open or not but
You got an Astros hat on so must be from Texas. I thought only inches matter in Texas

Lol, Rayne might have the math but you know CROWLEY had the good stuff... That's why that white jeep was always running around there!
