Just got off the beach on an afternoon trip, water was dirty. I blame the shrimp boats only being off the beach a few hundred yards though. No trout for me.

This was at Long beach. Tide was WAY in. Water looks muddier in pic than it actually is. Was not as clear as it could be but was plenty clear enuf for trout. Friend caught 20 nice ones on Long Beach Thursday AM on live mullet.
