That dark water is tannic, from the August rain runoff.

Any shrimp reports from the bay?

Go crabbing!

Fish as close to the gulf as possible.

Thanks for the web page. Now I can see where it is dirty, saving a lot of gas and time.


Fished out of Burn's Pt. this morn, 8 to 10:30, keeping 2 nice reds and 1 nice trout. Released 2 small reds. It was slow, slow. Water was slick, clear and fresh. Saw a lot of bait in the water.
