Major Promotion
 

Major milestone in my Business Career happened last night!! I also took a leap of faith about a month ago and left my job! Lafayette sheriff Department. I mean 10.5 years and only making less than 3k take home a month. I have bigger dreams than that!!!

I was promoted to the ranks of Regional Leader/manager!!!! 70% contract. My next promotion will be Regional Vice President and I'll will quailify and be on track for owning my own agency!!!

I have an Awesome Team that's really doing a awesome job! Through out the Acadiana area.

70% contract???
 

Perhaps, but you could be doing much better, and they're ripping you off with a 70% contract. You're making that while some of you're upline is making 130%+. As an independent agent you could be starting out with a 110-120% contract with most companies. I was with A. L. Williams back in 1990 before he ran off with $700 million of the company's money. It later became Primerica. It was a lot of marketing to "friends and family" which I disdain. To each his own, though, and hope you do well.

A rip off is working J.O.B JUST OVER BROKE for 10.5 years only barely making $2500 a month.

I think im doing great coming from that. So starting at 50% promoted to 60% promoted to 70% . Being able to build a business for myself anf my family that I will be able to own. I feel I'm moving in the right direction [emoji6]

If I work another 23 years a as an officer I would Have only been paid 900 more dallors. 30 bucks a month And in 33 years only make 48k that's a rip off!

Congratulations on the promotion. It takes a strong person to leave behind stability in one job and take a chance and leap into the unknown. Looks like you are doing well. This may just be a stepping stone and open up new doors in the future also
