Don't let anyone see you catch a fish or you will have 6 boats 10-15 ft in a blink!

Went Thursday to The Cove; fished 4 hours and did not catch a fish. Tide was high and no movement. Must have been at least 100 empty trailers @ the boat landing. Over the years, don't let others see you put a trout in an igloo because they will be fishing there.

I quit fishing trout in the bay for this reason. No my idea of a enjoyable day.

I've never fished the cove before, but I'd like to go try one day. I usually fish northern vermilion bay around the delcambre canal. Never had much problems with a lot of boats barging in on my spot, but I heard the cove was bad for that. Trying to find some good hotspots close to where I fish, prolly gonna have to just put the trolling motor down and just work the banks till I find em
