Great Trout Bite

The trout bite continues down in the Du. Had Daniel Brewster back onboard, he broke the ice early with a nice solid 17 inch fish. The bite was sort of slow so we moved around drifting oyster reefs picking up 25 nice fish (corks worked a lil better than tight lined). We made a move into a bayou with 4-5 ft depths and started catching them tight lined, not a bite under a cork. The water temp was 60 degrees but it was a extremely soft winter time bite. We got on a couple really good runs and the K2 filled up. Thanks guys for another exceptional day on the Bluewave.
