What's the water looking like down there...
 

in Big Lake these days? I haven't had a chance to go much lately and it's been pretty much blown out up here.

My stepdad and kid brother are wanting to take a trip tomorrow before the game, so I was wondering if some of you BL regulars have had any recent luck.

I'm just looking for a current set of eyes on the water quality, not locations or anything, but of course any other advice is welcome.

Had a boat out today and lake was pretty bad ... fish were not eating that great this am...

Looked good on Wednesday, haven't been back since then

The verdict: I didn't even try. I ended up running the boat anyway in Prien. The water looked terrible and the wind was brutal, but still caught a few specks and flounder.
