Windy Slow Redfish bite

I helped out Capt T Miller with a three boat charter out of the Reel Inn. With the winds blowing 16 plus mph my crew opted to stay in calm waters and redfish. Loaded down with crabs and bait shrimp we set out to find them! We fished numerous areas, deep water with crabs, points, cuts, marsh, drifting banks, etc. we found a slow bite at every place we fished. We ended up boxing 7 reds and 4 sheephead. Lots of small throwbacks also. Though day, but my crew stayed patient and we stuck it out. Thanks Capt T for setting up the trip.

Big thanks to Capt S Whitney for taking care of John Collet and his crew putting them on some reds also.
