any of you ever think of adding those LED underwater lights to your boats for fishing at night?

those lights are sweet - how much do they run?

I have always wanted to load up the generator and dock light and do it. LED would be easier.

Yes sir,do it very often in the summer and its great if you can deal with the bugs. Its best when you have atleast half off the moon out or more. I don't use the LED lights but I use some pretty bright green underwater lights that I bought online,forgot the name.

saw a guy on sabine rig up a kayak full of fishing lights - he launched it off of his boat and anchored it about 20 yards away from him. kept the bugs off...

It's getting affordable. bout the same as "W"'s GPS he is selling.

IMHO nothing beats a monster dock light to attract lots of bugs/bait

go go out into breton sound at night find a rig burnin off youll be catchem on topwater at midnight

You're biggest expense with these or any lights will be paying for wiring/rigging.

Man, them green ones would kick azz this summer in Breton Sound. Wonder how deep the light penetrates?

There was a nice bay boat with them at the Lake Charles boat show.

You can get those leds on all of the yellowfins too,we had one at the shop a few months ago...talk about sweet 24 foot bay with a 300 verado his gps said top speed 65mph
