Who would be interested in starting a lunch get together in Lake Charles? I am sure there are more places to eat than I know of since only living here for 2 years. Tues/Thurs are open days for me this week if anyone wants to get together for lunch let me know. Let's put some faces with the handles people.

i would be up for it. they have a good bbq joint kinda by a Valero some wheres near Big Lake rd. They're bbq pulled pork poboy is delicious!

There is an authentic PepperBelly place on Gerstner/MLK across the street from the Kroger. Pretty good eats but makes me have da gazz.:shaking:

Leonards and darrells is grubbin i use to tear up a shrimp poboy from leonards and the darrell's special. man this is making me hungry

It all sounds good to me, the fellowship would be fun even at burger doodle.
My wife and I like Margaritas on Derek Drive near Academy. It's Americanized Mexican, but we like it. A lot of the local Spanish speaking workers go there. I can't handle the menudo.

Stines at McNeese and Nelson, service really sucks. Could get Steak Tar Tar faster than you can get the special.:rolleyes:

agreed and last time not too good of eye candy the good looking girls weren't even working
