Just got a 200e7 in yesterday. What kind of mods can u do to it? Also have about 5 older curados.

My suggestion would be not to mess with a reel unless you are having problems with it.

I'd try it out on 1 reel, just to see what all the fuss is about......if it makes that big a difference then hook em all up.....

Boca Bearings has a kit that has all but a new roller bearing. Very east to install, I put them in all my reels.

Simple things. But ta be honest ,
i wouldnt start upgradin and tinkerin till ya have a noticeable reason to do so. I just put 540 bux worth of ceramics in a brand new reel. Needless to say its just as smooth as before the upgrade. Also be prepared fer more noise wiyh hynrid ceramics. Full ceramics are not nearly as noisy. Lemme know if i can help ya

specktator 03-03-2010 02:46 PM

Yeh maybe I can try it on one of my old curados.
