Record on Big Lake?

In the American Press this morning they say that a new lake record was caught, 11.2#. Does anyone have any more info about this or know when it was caught because this is the first i heard about it and i figured it would be big news around here.

11.2# ? Damn, that might be about how much water SALTY got in his waders when he fell ? I durno!

longsidelandry 03-04-2010 08:47 AM

Yea, Jordan caught it just north of the 210 bridge with a dead skrimp under one of those big green clip on corks :*****::p

Seriously though, I haven't heard anybody talking about it or making reference to anything like that.

Ray ate that one, too

The article makes it seem recent. Even stating that it was weighed at Cormies.

But it's the biggest on Big Lake. I think that's what he is talking about, not the biggest in Louisiana.
