Most waders I've seen and used come up to your chest, even as tall as I am I can find them that do that.
They must of been wading in less tha 1 1/2 foot of water.

I think ASR is right.

I've always wondered why Waltrips waders go to like his gut and not his "chest"...

well heck if he'd relize to pull them up, you could get in to deeper water. you could go from 1 1/2 foot of water to 2 foot of water if you pull em up!
