Did anyone else hear a boom?
 

Just got the crap scared out of me while sitting in my living room watching TV. I thought all the windows in my house were gonna blow out of their frames, cuz it was such a violent BOOOOOM. So I went out side and there were 2 planes passing right over the house, I'm guessing the must have been military planes hitting the Speed of Sound? We could hear the plane for 10 minutes after it passed the house. It was pretty cool to see the planes miles and miles away and still be able to hear them flying across the sky. It looked like the were flying from the Northwest to the southeast passing right over Morgan City.

yeah... i work on post..... im used to it.... their freaking loud when they hit the speed of light....

Illegal to break speed of sound over the 50 states

Right after 9/11 I was sitting on a deer stand late one afternoon. And right before dark the same thing happened. Like to soil myself!

i used to hear that often when i was in school, also heard and felt a big boom about a year ago when my cousin cleaned out my grandfathers shed and threw some trash in a pile and burned it come to find out there was fertilizer in the trash, i live 2 miles away and felt it.

Well then someone broke the law.;)
