Anybody seen the clarity of water around the beach and Johnson bayou rocks? Was thinking of making a run with a incoming tide.

don't know what the water looks like but was thinking of leavin the boat at home bc i love to wade fish around that area .......but it might be a little to early for the beach but it could be good also with the light north wind in the am |

i haven't caught specks this early on the beach although i haven't made a whole lota trips in the surf this time of year. i know there will be reds out there but the water has to be right to catch some specs(slick/green) |

When I ran out to some rigs south of Big Lake few weeks ago, the water on the beaches wuz green!!! U was with me lil mooky! U seen it! |
