Won a boating award last night
 

I won a boating award last night at the monthly meeting of the Lake Charles Sail and Power Squadron.
They give this distinguished award out to anyone who runs aground or their prop stops while running a boat.
I took the award from my good friend Geoff Howse, who has held this award for the past 5 or 6 months.
The award was for running up on an oyster reef in West Cove for the Salty Cajun fishing tournament last month.
