Consolidation of the discussion

OK, folks, in order to consolidate all the discussion about the bowfishing debate, we are removing all the other threads and leaving this one since it is the latest discussion.

Please do not start another thread about bowfishing; I've moved this one to the statewide inshort fishing category to make it a central place for everyone interested to comment. We will remove any new threads on this issue.

And we ask that you not bump the thread several times a day: It will move to the top when users comment.

Thanks for the help in centralizing the discussion.
