PETA At It Again....wow an Elementary School really?

It's a move that has school officials concerned, and worried about how it will affect children.
People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals, or PETA, is planning a demonstration at Fletcher Elementary Tuesday afternoon.
Someone dressed as an elephant with a bloody bandage around its head will greet students after-school.
The fake elephant will hand out activity booklets and explain to kids and their parents the abuse PETA claims elephants endure in circuses.
PETA director Debbie Leahy tells Fox 4, "If children knew how animals suffer behind the scenes, their smiles would quickly turn to frowns."
Fletcher principal Mike Gonzales says he can't control what PETA wants to do, but he tells Fox 4, "I just hope they don't do something that will hurt or cause problems for the children." Gonzales doesn't believe PETA should target an elementary school. He says many parents wouldn't want their children exposed to such information.
The demonstration is being done in anticipation to the Ringling Brothers & Barnum & Bailey Circus coming to Beaumont on April 23rd.
It's coming to Ford Park.

They won't need a fake bandage if they bring that BS to Texas. The fake elephant will likely be shot for its tusks, which will teach the kids that it doesn't pay to be a PETA freak. It'll be a great life lesson...and one that I look forward to seeing on YouTube. :) Freakin' crazy whacko liberals.

For the sake of my membership, due to Shads new crackdown on rules, I will now stay out of this conversation...

The principle where I went to school would never allow this.
He is the head guide at one of the better duck leases.
None of the students would show up for school either.
All of them would be fishing or killing something to bring to school.

Beat them at their own game. Call a holiday for that day and have no one at the school. Then those idiots missed a day of work for nothing.

I can't believe a school would even allow this to happen !!!! what is this world coming to??

PETA is comprised of liberals, so most of them don't work. ;)

Two of my favorite quotes:

Everyone is a liberal until they get their first job.

If you're under 18 and you're not a liberal, you have no heart. If you're over 18 and are a liberal, you have no brain.
