O damn! lol There's a big tournament down here on fathers day weekend every year but this year will be the last one. They have divisions for pretty much every saltwater fish including offshore divisions and there's usually alot of people entered. It starts at midnight Thurs and lasts til Sunday. I'm thinking we may have to do a lil fishing if we can ever have nothing planned on the same weekend so you can kinda get used to the area and enter the tourney.

I'd be more than happy to fish them with you, but I live WAY too far out of the way.

I might start fishing the ones in chicot tho

I have never fished there but I might be up for trying it as well. Even if we don't make the tourney, if you ever want to bass fish and need someone to go with you, I am up for it. PM if you are interested.

Maybe we could get a group of people together and go fish there all together. I have a boat so no problems there. I usually fish Toledo Bend, but am always looking for new places to bass fish. With the basin fishing being so bad right now, I am starting to revert to salt water fishing to satisfy my craving. Went out of the Rigolets Marina on Wed and found the redfish in the ponds, but no trout yet at the bridges...at least when I was there.
