Best advice . I have 5 different field guide an reference books. A microscope to ID spore an a love of fungus.
There are mushroom sights but as u see here u have to weed threw the non legal stuff. The shroomery is a good one an there are a few highly educated people on there that will answer any properly articulated inquires on ID with pics an so on
Now if day ar chicken o da wood man u got some good stuff.

High protien an only source of protien derived from cellulose .

If u pick more than eatable in one sitting then dry them an save um for

Fish stuffing......good in flounder...lol

Fried
Salad....noodle as long as cooked.
Never eat them raw but like oysters raw.
Oyster mushrooms too.
Good way to supplement the food bill.
