Grill it with any of the gourmet vinagrettes from the grocery store. I make mine with Dill, Honey & Whole Grain Mustard Vinagrette.

Thumbs up Sauce

Tried this and it was wonderful.

Saute 1 head of onion in butter.
Saute 1 lb shrimp remove from pot when cooked.
Add 1 pint of heavy whipping cream , bring to a boil.
Reduce heat put shrimp back in add green onions and simmer about 20 mins.

Put over grilled fish and enjoy.

Season as you like and then put a little balsamic vinegarette dressing on it and grill it. Don't over cook it. That's so good make you want to wind the cat and put the clock out the house!

Little fresh cracked black pepper and salt and grill it. Ling has a great flavor not much at all is needed to prep it for a good meal.

Cut into steaks about 3/4" thick and season lightly (I like cajun power cajun seasoning) on both sides. Spray each side with butter. Heat a cast iron skillet till is is hot enough to smoke. Add about a half tablespoon of olive oil to the bottom and spread. Blacken both sides. Usually only takes about a minute and a half on each side max.
Also raw ling is pretty good in a restauraunt but i hve never prepared it myself.
