No tabs on this boat. I do have an Atlas Hot Shot plate on the bottom of the JP. That's it. Jumps up with the JP on 6 if needed (think duck ponds) :-), hard right or left turns with no blowout.

MeauxF, I did run it on Sabine with 2 guys from Port Arthur a couple of weeks ago when it was blowing 15 to 20 and we ran high 60s with no problem. Sorry, no video though.

i was quoting someone here who has a haynie. he says its the fastest boat ever and can run 70 in 6 foot seas. pretty badass to me

Yellowfins have wood in them too.....nothing wrong with wood as long as it is glassed in properly. My whaler is a 1970 and still solid as a rock.
