The damage to his trailer. After all the searching last weekend he couldn't find the right bearing and race for the trailer. He got one that was close just to get his boat out the water and into storage. Don't know if it did any damage to the spindle or not ?

I forgot one very important element to my equation.......the bearings are on the island in my kitchen......not the island under my feet.......

On a side note. The 5lb of pogies that were left in the fish box are almost all eaten. Maybe next week the smell wont be so bad.......

Good luck with your surf fishin, maybe it will ease the pain a bit. Hope the issues with your trailer work out and you get back on the road.

You probably would have been better off getting a whole new axle.

Sorry for your bad luck.

Good eats right there. I went to the first dam past the game warden camp at Marsh Island yesterday and managed to catch 82 crabs on hand lines from 8 til noon. They sure ate good. Did you get the boat home safe?
