what chronarch is it? how many brakes were set?
my chronarch D isn't as smooth as my B model. some of the new shimano's aren't coming properly lubed from the factory were you also disappointed in the waterloo? is it the hp slam model? the hp lite uses a cheaper blank and is heavier.....
