Flats and Bay Boats

Seriously considering riding out to FL this week to check this boat out. The hull looks to be in really good shape with a design and layout that I like, however I have never heard of a Flats and Bay brand name boat. Another thing holding me back is the 60HP Johnson. I know they were some pretty decent engines but it seems to me it may be a little under powered? What does the Salty Cajun think?
