My FIL has 260 acres, they pay $8 an acre per year.
260 acres x's $8 = $2080 / 8 members = $260 person plus $5 a day to hunt for the food kitty. You pay for your own food plots Everyone has 1 stand and the have a couple other stands throughout the lease plus a couple climbers. They kill about 5-10 a year.
