Fishing Forecast with Oil Spill

It's a waiting game,nobody knows whats going to happen. The booms only slow down the oil,not stop it. I just heard they are going to place booms to protect vermillion bay to cameron parish.

the trout and shrimp can run from bad water. the oysters can't.
IMHO this will be a killerin the oyster industry and will hurt the shrimp harvest next year . also the trout fishing will suffer next year and the year after.
The oil will kill the larval shrimp and the larval trout,meaning no recruitment in years to follow.

dream on this is bad !! where i fish in breton sound its gonna be screwed up for a long long time , hopedale biloxi marsh it that oil reaches the roots of the marsh grass it will all die leaving nothing to hold the land together costal errosion x100000 this is not bad its really bad
