Shoot, lacassine is short compared to Sabine. I hunt the back of Sabine. No canoe and no pipeline canal. I do have a pirogue though!

I agree, back of Sabine is hard to get to. Black Bayou via Vinton drain ditch?
Front of Sabine is easy, short, crowded.
Lacassine via Gibstown or Bell City ditch is a pretty long boat ride then a long paddle in the pipline canal but the hunting is good, not too crowded.
