I have only cooked them in the oven but I bet it's awesome off the grill.

This is how I roll......brine it for about 8 hours. Roll it black pepper and sear it on the charcoal pit all the way around....... move it to the low heat side and cook it till it hits 165 in the middle.....about 45-60 minutes
