there are 4 - 5 places on the way down where you can purchase go pass.
It is a $25 fine for not paying and will go up to $65 if you don't pay.
Also MAKE SURE and come to a COMPLETE stop at the junction of the toll road and La1 if you are on the stop part.
Another tip ,MAKE SURE that on the hwy in Golden meadow drive a mile or 2 under the speed limit. Also going into grand isle before you get to the bridge you will see a small flashing light on the right and a 25 mph speed limit sign. DO IT!!! it drops from 50 mph to 25 mph and most of the time they run radar in this area. Same thing if you drive down the island past where the camp is (east) goes from 45 to 25 .
No use to pay the toll to the troll!!!
