That looks nice man. Never thought about rebuilding a rod before. Looks like something I would enjoy. I like working on my equipment myself. Cant wait to see future progress.

Exellent job Dude and I ma diggin' the Purple and Gold, I picked up some black and gold at Cabellas but aint used it yet. There are some excellent kits for this to be had on line. I inherited mine from my Dad. It's in a lil aluminum tool box and has a gig ya mount to atable. It holds tension on ya thread spool for ya and makes wrapping alots easier. I also recommend a bottle of clear thread sealer also found on line it really preserves ya colors well. I get home in a week and if I can find this post again I'll add pictures.
