just by looking at it I see it may not spin well because of the angle of how its mounted and where the swivel pin is at, then add the plastic swimbait body and I think its very close to hitting the blade so I think it wouldn't spin very well but you wont know for sure unless you try it.

myself I prefer to use the clip on spinner blades so I can swap jig colors and bodies quickly plus its easy to switch from round to leaf blades quickly.
