Default He couldn't stand it.

Well being from Jennings, I pass by W's house daily and for the past 4 or 5 days the Haynie has been stationary. Well, a little after lunch I noticed it was gone along with his truck. Wonder where he is. LMAO It was killin him I bet to sit around and watch the beautiful weather. FINALLY. Maybe he'll have a good report.

W's definition of "hog" = anything that doesn't qualify as a "W" trout.

Example: a three-pounder

I hit the lake today to check out some reef locations I got from an old oyster fisherman.
The water temps were 45 deg. at Cal. Point and 43 deg. in Cameron.
I found a couple spots where the water was between 50 and 51 degrees.
Where W was fishing was the warmest spot on the lake.
Tasted the water everywhere on the lake and it was pretty fresh, except from
Marker 56 on South. The tide was incoming the whole time I was out. I launched at
the lowest tidal point. It was about 2.5 ft. below normal at Cal. Point.
I ran just over 85 miles today. Some places the water was so clear, I could see the bottom,
some places it was muddy.
I saw ZERO dead fish today. The only places I didn't hit was where there were boats fishing.
I stayed a couple hundred yards away.

Didn't bring a rod. Just a piece of PVC pipe and a full tank of gas.
I ran 85 miles in around 3.5 hours and marked about 25 reefs.
