the limit is 150 teams and we are looking into pushing the deadline back to April 1st

No, in flights. Boat 1 leaves first then Boat 2, Boat 3, etc. in order as they go through the inspection line.
Same set up as Bassmaster and the other pro series

Correct. Its a random drawing. All teams will get their flight number during the meeting on the Friday night.

there is a team meeting the friday night before each stop (at check-in)
mandatory for the team captain but we ask the all anglers attend
