That's pretty much the story all along the coast. The fishing in Breton Sound is 1000X better now than before the net ban. Trout in the 3-4 lb. range are rediculous out there now. Even though nets weren't set in the Sound, they hammered those same trout inside and, like W said about the reds, they never made it outside.

The net ban is the single greatest thing that has ever happened to Louisiana's fishing.....aside from W gettin' into wading.
