The pogy boats use purse seines and catch a lot of Reds.
But they are released alive. They don't get killed in purse seines.

I know a guy who hired an illegal Mexican to be a deck hand on his shrimp boat.
The WB snuck a Redfish in the ice hole to bring home to eat that night.
Game Wardens checked the boat on the way in and put the boat owner in jail,
wrote him a big ticket and sent the WB home without any fines.
