I get the joy of going to Academy in Lafayette this evening. Anyone know if they have Corkeys? Or any advice on a good substitution? Colors?

I was there Sunday but didn't go in the fishing lure section. I picked up enough in the clothes section and didn't need to spend anymore money lol.

Academy in Houston on 45 North just inside the Beltway had a good selection of Corky's this afternoon. Bought two originals, silver and chartreuse, and three fatboys, silver, chartreuse, and strawberry. Got my fix for the year. Now I just need me some of those melon head sized-Costa's.....

Can you tell where on they keep the Corkeys?

Well I usually at least walk through there and pick a couple things that I either don't have or that I'm low on but after I spent an hour in the Columbia and Under Armour section and had a bunch of clothes draped over my arm, I didn't have the appropriate extra funds to load up on fishing lures too lol.

That's one of the things I bought, they had a bunch of different sizes though. Everything from 32s to 40s was on the rack. There must have been about 10 or 12 pair left. I'm talking about the thin ones though, not the insulated ones. I got a pair of those pants and a camo long sleeve UA thin shirt, new long sleeve Columbia shirt and a pair of Columbia shorts for right at $170.

Man those thin ones are super comfy. They're gonna be awesome to wear while bow hunting in October. That's really what I bought them for.
