Yes that hardware that keeps the trays intact inside the columns are always an issue.....which is good for us. I used to be in our T/A group which was a 24-7 job. A few years ago I got moved to our projects group which is 8-5 job now.

i know how ya'll feel. i am an extractor operator(pull bundles) and i am on call 24/7. it has its ups and downs. i 've been on T/A in texas for 7 weeks on nights. got home this past sunday and i am leaving monday for kentucky to work at a marathon plant for 45 days. its a pain in the butt but you gotta take the overtime while its here.
