Default reel covers

anyone use the neoprene reel covers??

the "simplepeddler" is hard on those reels.......aluminum to aluminum not good for calcuttas.....

Any bad results like holding water on the reels?

If your talking about the small ones they have at Academy, there are awesome. They dont hold water and they protect my reels really well, plus there cheap and come in a bunch of different sizes.

I picked up some at Academy today and I am not overly impressed. But I may just be picky.
These are canvas and neoprene, don't fit very well.......

Crown Royal bags get my vote. I figured I was not the only one who uses them. I just bought a new reel so I guess I need to knock out another fifth.
