He doesn't! Most of the time Fat Man and I take em clean em and Nasty shows up when it's time to eat. And I don't mind one bit, I'll clean them flats all day. Normally debone a few of the bigger ones nd fillet the rest. Four slabs out of a single fish can't beat that.
