i saw two shrimpers are already filing a class action law suit for 5 million in damages.......

i would think that you would have to wait till after things are damaged before you could file a lawsuit

Not in todays world bud..........I drew up papers just the other day before i went to the barber, just in case he messed up my hair, or nicked an ear..........
