clean devein
cut fresh jalapenos creme cheese bacon rap them puppies together with the bacon with the pepper and creme cheese toothpick all dat goodness together and soak in some marinade of choice. I like soy sauce and olive oil. chill them boys...... then place them on a hot like firecracker grill and when the creme cheese starts to burn a little the are done....... good stuff
